Terms of Service

1. Service Description

DetectiveGlobalProxyIP ("the Site") is a reseller platform for residential proxy IP nodes. The Site procures access to global residential proxy nodes on a just-in-time basis from the upstream supplier IPfoxy.net, and resells such access to end users.

The Site is operated at the domain dgp.819.im.

2. Service Model and Currency

2.1 The Site adopts a USDT → Detective Coin (in-site virtual token) top-up model. 1 USDT = 1 Detective Coin.

2.2 Detective Coin may only be used to purchase proxy node services within the Site. It cannot be converted back to USDT, cannot be withdrawn, cannot be transferred to other users, and cannot be assigned to any third party.

2.3 Nodes are delivered under a zero-inventory just-in-time (JIT) procurement model: once a user places an order, the Site procures the node from the upstream supplier and delivers the node credentials (account / password / configuration). Once the credentials are delivered, the service is deemed fulfilled.

3. Account and Responsibilities

3.1 Users must safeguard their account login credentials. Account compromise or credential leakage caused by the user's own conduct shall be borne by the user.

3.2 Account sharing, resale, or lending is strictly prohibited.

3.3 The Site does not require KYC and does not provide invoices, contracts, or tax certificates.

4. Permitted Use

Users must comply with the laws of the target jurisdiction, the upstream supplier's terms, and the rules below. The following uses are strictly prohibited:

• Unauthorized access to other persons' computer systems or data
• Scraping copyrighted content for commercial profit
• Sending spam, phishing, fraud, or extortion
• Distribution of malware, viruses, or trojans
• Any act in violation of IPfoxy.net's terms of service
• Any act in violation of the laws of the country where the target node is located

Violation of the above will result in immediate account suspension. Remaining Detective Coin balance will not be refunded, and the Site reserves the right to report the conduct to relevant law enforcement authorities.

5. Service Availability

5.1 The availability and quality of the Site's nodes depend on the upstream supplier IPfoxy.net.

5.2 The Site exercises commercially reasonable efforts to maintain service availability but does not guarantee 100% uptime, and is not responsible for the following:

• Unreachability caused by network controls in the target country (such as GFW)
• The user's local network issues
• Occasional outages of the upstream IPfoxy.net

5.3 Compensation rules for material unavailability are detailed in the Refund Policy.

6. Modifications and Effective Date

The Site reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will be published on this page and the "Last Updated" date will be updated. Continued use of the Site after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced under the applicable laws of the user's lawful jurisdiction. Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation with the Site's customer support; failing such resolution, disputes shall be submitted to a court or arbitration body with jurisdiction at the Site's place of registration.
